What you will do
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products
- Learn about all products we carry and keep knowledge updated
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Work towards sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment
What we are looking for
- Genuine interest in technology and consumer electronics
- Ability to learn product details independently and demonstrate that knowledge to customers
- English proficiency is required. Sinhala and Tamil are an advantage
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not required
