Overview
The Anker 332 USB-C Hub (5-in-1) expands one compatible USB-C laptop connection into HDMI, USB data and pass-through power connections. Its compact black design and built-in host cable make it practical for a desk setup or travel.
Key Features
- Five useful ports: Connect through one HDMI output, two USB-A data ports, one USB-C data port and one USB-C PD input.
- 4K external display: Mirror or extend a compatible device's display to an HDMI monitor or TV at up to 3840 × 2160 at 30Hz. Actual output depends on the host, display and HDMI cable.
- Fast file transfers: The USB-A and USB-C data ports support USB 3.2 Gen 1 transfer speeds up to 5Gbps.
- Pass-through laptop charging: The PD input accepts up to 100W and delivers up to 85W to a compatible laptop. A suitable USB-C PD charger and cable are required and are not included.
- Built-in USB-C cable: Connect the hub directly to a compatible host without a separate host cable.

Compatibility
Use with a compatible USB-C laptop or device. HDMI output requires video-output support through the host USB-C port (DisplayPort Alt Mode). Pass-through charging requires host USB-C Power Delivery support. A USB-C connector alone does not guarantee every function.
Anker lists compatible laptop families including MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Dell XPS, Lenovo ThinkPad and HP laptops; check the exact device's USB-C capabilities. The hub's USB-C ports do not support video output, so a USB-C monitor cannot be connected through them. The USB-C PD input is for charging only, not data accessories.
Anker's exact-model storefront lists macOS 12 or later, Windows 10/11 and ChromeOS with compatible DP Alt Mode and Power Delivery hardware. It states that Linux and Nintendo Switch are not compatible. Anker also advises against HDMI-to-DisplayPort or HDMI-to-VGA adapters for stable screen mirroring.
Safety & Care
- Use a suitable USB-C PD charger and cable. Maximum laptop output is 85W, even with a 100W charger.
- Keep the hub dry and allow ventilation while in use.
- Safely eject connected storage devices before disconnecting them.
- For stable data transfer with a Samsung T7 SSD, Anker recommends using a USB-A port.
- Anker recommends connecting a wall charger when using the Surface Go, ASUS CM3 Tablet, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S7+ or LG V60 with this hub.
