Dyson models that come with a presentation case are eligible for complimentary engraving at Xclusive — a name, initials, or a short message of up to 10 characters.
How it works
Engraving is done on the presentation case, which means the factory seal has to be opened. Because engraving takes time, this is done in advance — we open the box, engrave the case, and carefully repack the item before your collection or delivery. It will reach you sealed with our Xclusive tamper-evident seal in place of the factory seal.
Prefer to receive it factory-sealed? Take it home or gift it as-is, and bring it back with your invoice to have it engraved then.
Please note: Engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned. Opening the seal for engraving does not affect your Dyson warranty.
